The Cleveland Center for Creative Studies is organizing to provide artistic enrichment and educational opportunities for students whose families face economic hardship at a cost relative to their means.

We believe that the arts play an essential role in solving Cleveland's education challenges.

Children who are immersed in the arts perform significantly better in all other academic subjects.

Arts education helps to strengthen reading and math skills, build oral language skills, enhance cognitive development, develop creative thinking skills, transfer learning in the arts to other areas of learning, improve student behavior and reduce truancy, and keep students in school.

Research supports the effectiveness of arts education to help students learn.

The Cleveland Center for Creative Studies is in the process of applying for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. We are ambitiously pursuing traditional and creative sources of funding, and hope to begin offering services to the Cleveland community in the near future.
